The Importance of Water —
Building New Relationships

Water is a basic human right.

Dance is an embodied practice of community building and a place to come together, learn and foster new understandings and behaviors.

As we dance, we –

  • Shine the light on the importance of water and our relationships to it.

  • Learn about water insecurity (human-made and nature-made) experienced locally and worldwide.

  • Envision safe and affordable water solutions at the instinctive and real-world levels.

  • Influence how our future citizenry not only strives, but thrives, in years to come.

The environment is in us, not outside of us. The trees are our lungs, the rivers our bloodstream, and what you do to the environment, ultimately, you do to yourself.
